Is there a free trial available?
Our software suite has a community edition, which is self-hosted, free, and open source under Apache 2.0. For our consulting 'define' sprints - we offer a quick 15-min intro free of charge. Along with our growing library of resources, research, and community software repos.
Can I change my plan later?
Our software is meant to be flexible, pricing included. We have a fully-managed cloud software suite for a tired flat rate OR usage-based pricing that scales up and down with your institutions needs. Often we find starting on a tiered flat rate is a reasonable starting point, and as you scale up the need - the usage-based pricing becomes a natural choice!
What is your cancellation policy?
It's simple. You can cancel your plan at any time and we’ll refund you the difference already paid.
How does billing work?
Plans are per workspace, not per account. You can upgrade one workspace, and still have any number of free workspaces.
