Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we have a community plan with our self-host options. Our entire software suite is available for free to self-host under Apache 2.0 license. Explore on GitHub.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. Our pricing scales with your company and is based on usage - don't pay for what you don't use. But also, don't hit a ceiling where you're stuck in a mold you no longer fit. (Fiscally and with software)
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we’ll refund you the difference already paid.
I need something custom - is that possible?
We do custom work. The pricing is based on the framework found here, but the complexity of the custom implementation will likely incur greater additional costs to set expectations. Contact us about that!
